Claudio Pezzotta recording
Between March and May 2009 the 2 cds titled "Falsa Rosa", have been recorded, mixed and mastered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Marcelo Costa and Claudio Pezzotta, the two artistic producers of the cds, have coordinated the whole recording session that took place from Mondays to Saturdays from 10am to 20pm including holidays. The sessions stopped everyday one hour for lunch time at 14pm. Many musicians took part to the project. Sandy Muller's "Italian band" composed by Claudio Pezzotta itself, Emilio Merone, Guerino Rondolone and Mauro Colavecchi, started the work recording the songs' base. The band, excluding Claudio Pezzotta, spent 15 days in Rio de Janeiro especially for the project. Others musicians completed the band's work by adding their own art. Ivan Segreto (who traveled from Italy to Rio especially for the recording) and Vitor Ramil (who came from Pelotas, RS, Brazil) for instance, recorded their voice in a moving duet with Sandy Muller.

Strings recording with Jaques Morelenbaum
The second part of the work consisted in the mixing one. It took almost a whole month to be completed. The mixing happened in the Orbita Studio from Mondays to Saturdays from 12 am to 21pm, including holidays. The sound engineers in charge of the mixing were Carlos Trilha and Fernado Morello. Sandy Muller, Claudio Pezzotta and Marcelo Costa took part to the work by hearing, discussing and expressing their sound intention with Carlos and Fernando. Carlos and Fernando also mastered the cds, concluding the cds recording.

Back in Italy, Sandy Muller and Claudio Pezzotta had many conversations with Mauro Petito, the photographer in charge of realizing the pictures for the project. They met several times and finally took the decision of shooting 11 photos each one of them representing one the 11 songs of the cds. They did not have the intention of being didactic but to create an image referring to the deep meaning of the lyrics of the 11 songs.
The pictures have been shot both in Rome and in the Italian region called Marche between July and August 2009.
Mauro Petito, after the shooting, worked the photos in post production making them a real work of art perfectly reflecting the deepest intentions of the music.
